Canine Concierge NYC Refund Policy Form

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits:
    For bookings of ten days or more, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. If a booking of
    ten days or longer is canceled less than one week before the start date, 50% of the total service
    fee will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
  2. Service Refunds:
    For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a partial refund or credit may be
    considered depending on the situation.
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service the full service fee will be
    charged.
    Holiday bookings of ten days or more, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. If a booking
    of ten days or longer is canceled less than one week before the start date, 50% of the total
    service fee will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
  3. Booking Changes:
    All changes to bookings or cancellations must be communicated via email. Changes
    communicated through other means will not be accepted, and the original bookings terms will
    apply.
  4. Emergency Situations:
    In cases of emergencies that prevent the use of our services, please contact us as soon as
    possible. We will review each situation individually and may provide a refund or credit based on
    the circumstances.
